Watari

Canon: A Shinigami with a surprisingly sunny personality, Watari typically patrols the 6th block (Chiki) or takes care of the wounded and weary workers in JuOhCho's infirmary. A true scientist at heart, he is most often useful for researching data (an activity he truly enjoys) and 'inventing' things, like gadgets and potions. The former tend to work with more reliable results than the latter. As a 'death spirit', Watari has a few useful abilities for his job of collecting lost souls, and investigating some paranormal activities. Like the other shinigami, he can fly and become invisible. His unique gift is animating drawings and inanimate objects, by imbuing them with spirits. His constant companion is a small owl called 003.

Backstory: Born in Kyoto and raised in Osaka. Not much else to be told for now.
